Director of Nutrition

In private practice for 27 years after an extensive clinical education, Paulette has wide-ranging experience in clinical nutrition and the development of individualized dietary plans. A Certified Diabetic Educator and lecturer, she is also expert at dietary cardiac care, weight control and other nutritional issues, complemented exquisitely by her skill in culinary arts. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the American Diabetic Educators Association.
