Cooking Skills for Healthy EatingIn this series of interactive teaching classes, students will become knowledgeable and skillful chefs of healthy eating. Farmer's MarketIt's time to take advantage of the wonderful array of produce available at our local farmer's market. Seasonal produce has more flavor and nutrition, it provides support to our local farmers and it’s a great way to eat sustainably. Let's be inspired by everything this time of year has to offer!

Learn how to incorporate small amounts of vegetarian cuisine into your diet and improve your health for many years to come in this Wellness Kitchen cooking demonstration and dinner. This experience will benefit both vegan and non-vegan guests, and a portion of the proceeds from the evening will help fund healthy lunch programs at local schools.
