Experience the flavors of Hawaii during a special Wellness Kitchen with Guest Chef Luis Molina from Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay along with Registered Dietitian-Chef Paulette Lambert. Fresh seafood, tropical fruits such as pineapple and other island flavors come to life during an interactive hands-on cooking experience and luncheon celebrating the rich history of food in Hawaii which is influenced by cultures from around the world.

Please join us for a fun and educational evening in the Wellness Kitchen, led by Director of Nutrition Paulette Lambert, R.D., CDE and Guest Chef Dennis Bernstein, owner of Pollen Catering, as we explore the health benefits of the ultimate plant-based, or vegan, diet.
Learn how to incorporate small amounts of vegetarian cuisine into your diet and improve your health for many years to come in this Wellness Kitchen cooking demonstration and dinner. This experience will benefit both vegan and non-vegan guests, and a portion of the proceeds from the evening will help fund healthy lunch programs at local schools.
